Resolutions
For most purposes (web display, photo albums, and small reprints), you will be unable to tell the difference between resolutions on scanned images and a low resolution is sufficient. A higher resolution becomes important when you beng making enlargements of your pictures.
Images scanned can be enlarged to the following sizes based on the resolution of the digital image.
