	Can Convert Memories scan my slides/negatives in order? What about grouping?
	Unless otherwise specified, image file names will be assigned by the scanning software. In most cases they are sequentially numbered. Once you copy the image files to your hard drive, you can rename the them to meet your needs. If you group and label your slides/negatives, Convert Memories will put that group in its own labeled folder.
	What scanner equipment does Convert Memories use for scanning?
	Convert Memories uses the Nikon ® Coolscan V ED slide and film scanners to scan 35mm slides and film.
	Will my images on CDs and DVDs work on the Mac platform?
	When DVDs are requested, DVD-R format disks are used for Mac compatibility. CDs are cross compatible for Mac and PC.
	What won't Convert Memories scan?
	Convert Memories won't scan pornographic, violent, or objectionable images. It is also required that you are the copyright holder or that you have permission to scan every slide/negative from the copyright owner.
	What happens if the slides/negatives that I send are too scratched or damaged for a viable digital image to be obtained?
	Convert Memories will scan your images based on the preferences you have indicated when scanning your order. If several scanned images are noted to be of poor quality, Convert Memories will contact you to discuss additional options that may be available to you.
	If I only want one image scanned, but the image is on a strip of film, should I cut out the individual image, or should I send the entire strip?
	Do not trim out the individual frame you would like to have scanned. If you would like an individual frame scanned on a strip of negatives, please note that on your order form. If your negatives are already cut, Convert Memories can still scan them by mounting them to a slide (additional fees may apply).
	How should I send my order to Convert Memories?
	Convert Memories recommends that you ship your slides in boxes, slide pages, or sturdy envelopes. Please make sure they will not move around in box you use for mailing. Convert Memories also recommends that you ship your package using an insured method.
	How do I pay Convert Memories?
	You can either pay using a credit or debit card using the PayPal system or by money order. Please make money orders payable to Convert Memories for the full amount and include this with your shipped order. Please note that no processing can be started without full payment.
	How will Convert Memories ship my order back?
	Convert Memories will send your order and return your originals to you via FedEx (insured up to the sum of $500). Convert Memories cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred while your images are in transit.
